Cheddar or any melting cheese of your choice 8 slices
Mayonnaise 120g
Pickled gherkins 8
Celery A small heart
Small red onion 1
Large tomato 1
Parsley A sprig
Butter To taste
Pepper To taste
Introduction
A sandwich with a pleasant taste and an appealing look.
Process
1. Slice the celery very thinly, chop the gherkins and onion, and place everything in a bowl.
2. Add finely chopped parsley, drained Rio Mare tuna, and mayonnaise.
3. Season with a generous grind of pepper and mix well.
4. Spread the prepared mixture over 4 slices of bread, top with thin slices of tomato, then add the cheese slices and close the sandwiches.
5. Spread a thin layer of butter on the outside of the sandwiches and toast them in a large non-stick pan until golden and crispy, and the cheese has melted.
6. Cut each sandwich in half and enjoy immediately.
